SCMM 2013 was his debut and he clocked under 4 hrs. Way to go for me and I need to focus on strength training (and reduce my weight. I learned the hard way that the key is to get a lot of sodium with your water, and not take in too much plain water. It's actually more dangerous to be overhydrated, with low blood sodium levels, than it is to be a bit dehydrated. <br /><br />Dehydration will hurt your performance, but overhydration with very low blood sodium levels can kill you. <br /><br />Hope that helps. <br /><br />Good luck with your next running effort!
